A lot of work goes into making Oh Nice’s remarkable homewares — but at the end of the day it all comes down to one simple thing: a woman and her passion. Fiona Stansfield, the owner, designer and maker for the Cape Town-based brand, has taken her handmade wooden creations and turned them into staples in the homes of South Africans since 2019. Many of Fiona’s creations, including the sleek wooden boards, rolling pins and vases, are made using reclaimed timber and wooden off-cuts that would normally end up in landfills, but instead, get a second chance as picks on our wishlist.
