The popular misconception around chemicals being ‘bad' for your skin ignores the fact that skincare is, at its core, a process of chemistry. And the chemistry behind Ash & Mill’s locally produced products is inspired by the ancient art of soap making, involving only the best of essential oils and natural exfoliants. Even the name Ash & Mill is a nod to this ancient process that transforms ash and mill-pressed oils into soap. Since opening their doors in 2020, Ash & Mill’s range of cold-pressed soaps has expanded to include an array of other impressive scented products such as body butter, lip balm and shaving soap.
